Affiliate terms & conditions
The rules that keep our partner program fair, compliant and simple.
1. Enrollment
- Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One affiliate account per person.
2. Commission
- You earn 20–25% of the product subtotal of each eligible order credited to you, based on audience size and set at approval.
- Commission is paid on completed orders, net of refunds and shipping. Taxes are excluded.
- Affiliate links and codes can't be combined with wholesale or founding partner pricing.
- An order is credited to you when the customer arrives through your referral link (tracked for 45 days) or uses your personal code at checkout.
- Orders you place yourself, cancelled, failed, refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally.
3. Payouts
- Commission is approved when an order is completed and becomes payable 30 days later.
- Payouts are issued once your payable balance reaches $50.00, by PayPal or bank transfer, using the payout details in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
4. Promotion rules
- All products are sold for in vitro laboratory research use only. You must never present any product as suitable for human or veterinary use.
- You may not make health, medical, dosing, weight-loss or performance claims, or share protocols or usage instructions.
- No spam, misleading advertising, coupon-site listings without approval, or paid search ads that bid on our brand name.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link or code, as required by FTC guidelines.
5. Termination
- We may suspend or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms. Commission earned through prohibited activity is forfeited.
- You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. Approved commission above the minimum is paid out in the next payout run.
6. Changes
- We may update these terms or the commission rate. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page.
