ShippingHow quickly are orders shipped?
Orders placed and paid before 1 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. Carrier transit times vary by destination and service.
Lab TestingWhere can I find COAs?
Use the Lab Results page or the COA tab on a product page. Available batch information can be searched by product or batch number.
OrdersHow do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent when available. You can also use the Track Your Order page or review the order inside My Account.
ShippingDo you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal reaches $200. Orders below $200 use the shipping rate shown at checkout.
OrdersCan I change my order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as possible and include your order number. Changes depend on whether fulfillment has already started.

ProductsAre products intended for human consumption?
No. All Purebred Peptides products are supplied for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.
